Orders are processed during our regular business days, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments depending on product availability and fulfillment location.

iCareMed currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States.

Please allow time for the shipping carrier's tracking system to update after your order has been shipped.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery address.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging when applicable. This information helps us review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Please retain the product and original packaging until we provide further instructions.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location and with household members, neighbors, building management, or other individuals who may have accepted the package.
You may also need to contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery information.
If you still cannot locate your package, please contact iCareMed so we can review the available shipping information and assist you with the next steps.

iCareMed is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including severe weather, carrier disruptions, natural disasters, transportation interruptions, or other unforeseen events.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request; however, once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
